*Recipe* Chocolate, Chia and Oats Cake


Chocolate, Chia and Oats Cake

My family really enjoys this cake! I can make it anytime and is really easy and simple to do it.

Ingredients

· 2 cup of Oat
· 2 Tablespoon of Chia
· 2 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
· 2 Eggs 
 · 2 Banana
· 1 cup of Water
· A bar of Dark Chocolate (bitter)


First crush the bananas with a fork. Then mix everything, except the Dark Chocolate, with a spoon in a plastic bowl until the mix is really thick but well mixed. I usually don't use measure so if the mix is too thick and don't mix well, add a little bit of water.

Put a little bit of oil on the bottom and sides of the bowl you will use to bake the cake so it won't stick. Pour the mix and then cut the Dark Chocolate in little pieces. Randomly put the pieces of the Dark Chocolate in the mix and let them sink.

Finally put it in the oven at 220° C for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until is cooked. Wait until is cold and put it in the fridge for 1 hour and then ENJOY!

*Sometimes I put a little bit of yogurt and raisins to the mix to make it more interesting!
