Smile!

Hello again!

This post is not about diet and exercise!

If you focus to much on the diet, later you'll be kind of obsessed, I try to take it normally, is a part of my daily life. Actually walking every morning gives me energy and makes me feel happy, but of course, sometimes you feel down and that's totally normal. 

For moments like this, I usually watch Asian Drama. I prepare some snacks, like fruits, almonds or even just a cup of tea and just enjoy the moment. Watching cute and sexy boys lifts my mood! Hahahaha... if you guys want a recommendation don't doubt on asking me!

I did it!

Hi~ Hello! :D


It's been 4 months since I wrote a post. Wow~ time sure flies! But here I'm. Back for more!


Of course, I've been taking care of my diet and I finally reached my goal on December. 54kgs! Amazing~

Now here is the tricky part. Now that I'm here I feel like losing a little more. But that could be dangerous. You could think a little more and a little more. And suddenly you could be losing too much weight or worst... been anorexic! Don't stress too much over weight, especially when you're healthy. That's the most important part.
